Delivery, Cancellation and Returns

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched with DHL. Orders placed by 16:00 on weekdays are handed to the carrier the same day; orders placed after that time are handed over the following day.

Orders placed by 12:00 on Saturday are handed to DHL the same day. Orders placed after that time on Saturday, or on Sunday, are handed over on Monday.

These times refer to handover to DHL, not arrival at your address. Contact us for the dispatch date of orders falling on public holidays. All times are local to Turkey.

Delivery costs TRY 150. Shipping is free on orders of TRY 2,000 or more.

Order cancellation

If your order has not yet been handed to the carrier, email your cancellation request and order number to destek@lecielparfumerie.com. Once it has been dispatched, the withdrawal and return terms below apply.

14-day right of withdrawal

For products not covered by a statutory exception, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. Send your written notice to destek@lecielparfumerie.com.

You must send the product back within 14 days of giving notice. The notice period and the return-dispatch period are separate.

50 ml fragrance and the separate tester

Your 50 ml fragrance comes with a 3 ml tester in a separate box so that you can try the scent without opening the main product’s box.

Try the separate tester before opening the main box’s protective wrapping. If that wrapping remains unopened, using the separate tester alone is not a reason to reject your return. You do not need to send the separately boxed tester back.

Tester-set returns

Tester sets with unopened protective packaging are covered by the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to tester sets whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons. This exception does not remove your statutory rights for faulty products.

Broken, leaking or faulty products

For products delivered broken, leaking or faulty, request a return at destek@lecielparfumerie.com. Opened packaging alone is not a reason to reject a faulty-product return.

Your statutory remedies for faulty goods remain unaffected. They are not limited to broken products or to the 14-day withdrawal period.

Sending a return

Send your withdrawal notice or faulty-product report to destek@lecielparfumerie.com. Returns are sent with DHL; obtain the return number from DHL.

Obtaining a return number is not a prerequisite for giving withdrawal notice. Send the product to the return address below.
